- Add hook/build.dart using package:hooks + package:code_assets to compile libpackagekit_nc.so via CMake and bundle it as a CodeAsset
- Auto-clone sdbus-cpp at pinned commit for pub.dev consumers
- Add Flutter packagekit_catalog example app with Riverpod, GoRouter, Material 3, search/installed/updates/repos screens
- Add codecov.yml and Dart coverage collection in CI with 60% threshold
- Update .pubignore for correct publish contents
- Bump SDK constraint to >=3.6.0 <4.0.0
