Bump pnpm/action-setup from v4 to v6.0.9 in ci.yml (latest major), aligning with publish.yml and website.yml which already use v6. All npm dependencies verified already at latest against the public registry (lockfile refreshed 3-4 days ago in #112); vitest 4.1.10 is held back by the 7-day min-release-age cooldown (published 1.5 days ago), as expected.
