Add .gitattributes marking HTML reports and the analytics guide as documentation/generated so Linguist classifies the repo as Python, not HTML. Remove the accidental root-level sample_report.html duplicate; the canonical sample lives in fixtures/smoke_test/.
The initial rename missed extensionless and non-source files. These were functional breakages: the Docker CMD pointed at a dead module, make coverage measured a nonexistent package, and the Colab notebook imported from matledger.sdk. Also updates MATLEDGER_* env vars and .env.example to the NILVAR_ prefix.
