Support for authenticating using NT hashes was just recently merged to main Devolutions/sspi-rs@21b45e1
This PR adds a new
sasl_ntlm_bind_with_hashmethod that allows authenticating using an NT hashResolves #140
Marking as draft so I can swap the git dependency for the next release once it's published
