Support shows spanning the entire pyramid
…hammer the hanging threads causing re-start on code changes or keyboard kill to hang for waiting threads. Now if you tweak a show while running, the same show will re-start with the changes you made automatically. I also added in a crude, but WORKING way to adjust the global brightness of running shows via the web UI. The WEB ui has been changed so that shows that do not repsect yield and ran a long time before being cycled off are now killed immediately upon clicking the next show button. Simulator is working. Tom is going to tinker todoay
Roar is merging. A few shows have glitches, like marching hexes and moving pyramids, but these can be sorted out later. Also, probably want to excise the deamon code that commits suicide and rebirths itself :-)

Stuff done to get the shows working for the New Breed Party. Some of it is fugly, but works.
