Summary

add a service that previews copying a research project's keywords to an existing tracked app
distinguish new tracks from keywords already present on the target
validate exact project revisions, target generations, shared queries, and preview contents
atomically create only missing tracks while preserving the project and shared evidence
avoid creating ranking snapshots, refresh status, or refresh-attempt history
