feat(research): add production model factory

Summary

• adapt the actor-isolated research store, ranking workflow, metrics workflow, and history reader into the three presentation models
• preserve caller-owned draft UUIDs, exact revisions and generations, pagination cursors, metrics policy, and immutable snapshot boundaries
• notify existing background-store consumers after committed mutations and refreshes
• fail gracefully when optional persistent research services are unavailable

This progresses #3 but does not close it.

Validation

• focused factory and dependency-wiring tests passed
• full OpenASO suite passed: 579 tests (583 parameterized test invocations)
• project-file lint and whitespace checks passed
