Update the hiddify-sing-box submodule from 3a1c923e (extended) to 170d8315 (testing-merge-base HEAD). testing-merge-base carries the AWG/amnezia option API that ray2sing and v2/config already depend on, plus the public RedirectStderr and the removal of the broken clients/android + clients/apple submodules. ray2sing pointer unchanged (already at main HEAD).
