Add README hero and animation gallery

What changed

• adds a wide Aither hero image composed from the real orb captures
• adds ten lightweight, five-second looping GIF previews generated from the existing showcase videos
• adds a two-column animation gallery to the README

Why

The repository now shows the visual character and every included animation immediately, without requiring visitors to build the example app first.

Validation

• hero inspected at its final 3200×1280 resolution
• all GIFs inspected at 240×240 and configured for infinite looping
• generated media adds roughly 1.7 MB total
• README paths and staged diff validated locally
