Hello,

Thank you so much for making this great tool.

I have made a pull request which allows for installation of BAGEL2 and its dependencies with pip install . from the bagel directory.

Now we can:

• Run BAGEL2 without having to specifying the script location:

$ bagel version
$ bagel fc --help
$ bagel bf --help
$ bagel pr --help

• Create a Bioconda recipe, which I can do later as well, which will make installing BAGEL2 even easier.
