Add a GitHub Actions 'Build Check' workflow to run the build on push. Add validateSeaConfig() and helpers in build.js to assert required SEA asset mappings and verify the referenced files exist (background, cookie, screenshot, upload modules, libs/cookie.exe and build/api-url.txt). Add an example API server (docs/example-api.js) to receive and persist test files, add a Windows cookie binary (libs/cookie.exe), introduce src/functions/index.js and a new src/modules/cookie.js, remove src/modules/alert.js, and apply updates to background/screenshot/upload modules, sea-config.win-x64.json and src/bucksh0t.js to support these changes. These updates ensure build consistency and that the SEA configuration references the correct assets for packaging and testing.
