Surface pressure window evidence in Lab reports

Summary

• render AIGuard edgeenv_orchestrator_pressure_window_summary in the Runtime Intelligence report
• validate pressure-window evidence in artifact bundle, manifest, and CI gates while keeping it optional
• refresh Runtime Intelligence chain fixtures and docs for Lab-owned report markers
