This project began with the need to create a modern, professional website for an esthetician. While scheduling had been handled through Squarespace successfully, the growing demand for services highlighted the need for a stronger online presence.
The goal was to design a platform that presents products and services in a professional yet personable way.
- Landing page that introduces customers to the business and services
- Navigation bar linking to dedicated sections (Services, Products, Appointments)
- Image galleries showcasing offerings with clear, inviting previews for potential clients
The project originally started in Webflow, but later transitioned to a MERN-style stack to take advantage of:
- Greater customization
- Improved scalability
- Long-term maintainability
- Implement a login page for consumers to access exclusive pricing and product details
- Launch a rewards campaign to encourage client loyalty and engagement
- Continue refining design and responsiveness for mobile and desktop users
- Frontend: React (with plans for further UI enhancements)
- Backend: Node.js
- Database: TBD
