- Updated dependencies to remove npm audit warnings
- Updated tests to account for differences with new dependencies and generators in node 10
- Update eslintrc to account for new eslint version
- Updated dev-bin/build.js to account for new adapt syntax using promises
- Small fix to Proxy switching a constant string to use single quotes per eslint recommendation
