Summary

Changelog available here.

For 2.0, the previously-bundled bindings were split out into separate projects. I think I got everything where it needs to be. I am slightly concerned about akonadiconsole and merkuro. They're no longer linking against the library in gpgmeqt-qt6, and I don't know why. Looking at the upstream CMake files yielded no insights.

Test Plan

Rebuild all reverse dependencies, install everything, and reboot.

Note that the linter will never be happy with this, because the "new" packages are actually old packages, and thus cannot start with a relnum of 1.
