Two small UX bugs in the spartan migration. The html element was missing the style-vega class so spartan's vega CSS rules never matched. The login page wrapper used bg-background which equals the card background in light mode, leaving the card invisible. Add the class and switch the wrapper to bg-muted. Closes #11
