Adds the Charmed icon theme (littensy/charmed-icons) with its Base, Light, Soft, and Warm variants, exposed as sub-packs under a single Charmed theme entry. Vendors the built theme.json + recolored SVGs per variant following the existing Mizu/JetBrains pattern, and generalizes the popup's Material-only variant dropdown into a reusable SUB_PACKS map.
