Re-Enable the Respeaker v1 version builds - #61

Remove the disabled conditional checks for 2michat build jobs to allow them to run in the CI pipeline. Additionally, expand the dependency list for the RPI IMAGER JSON generation job to include the newly enabled and updated build targets.
Ensure that the `generate-rpi-imager-json` job has access to necessary secrets by adding `secrets: inherit` to the workflow call.

Re-Enable the Respeaker v1 version builds. I tested the temporary version from HinTak/seeed-voicecard#48. It works and can be merged.
