This pull request adds a function
lccm_fit()that serves as a more standardized interface for the LCCM library. It takes input similar to that used by PyLogit and translates it into the parameters expected by theemAlgo()function.In this version,
lccm.pycontains the library functions andexample_carshare.pycontains a usage example.
