Removes the inlined
## Writing stylesection. It duplicated the canonical engineering/institutional voice, which lives inferal-file/canon(reference/voice/) and is kept internal. Docs-specific governance (IA rules, terminology, audience lanes, build) stays. Deleting, not vendoring.
