@ppupha — I pushed a rework of the 1.3.0 entry (commits 379bbcc, 8e5da4f on this branch). Two things worth a look:

1. The big edit: it now leads with "Build playlists in the app" as a new capability, not "playlist management is more reliable." That was the headline of the release and the draft buried it as a reliability tweak. I also cut the touch-target / Canvas-default / auto-logs lines (invisible to users) and kept only the playback and pairing fixes a person actually feels. Dates normalized to the Jun form while I was in there.

2. I wrote down the rules behind those edits so it's repeatable: reference/voice/release-notes.md in Canon. Lead with the news, new-before-fixed, low-pass filter on non-user-facing changes, don't manufacture benefits. Worth a read before the next release notes — this 1.3.0 entry is the worked example. Use it going forward.
