The line rendered from selections alone, so with the community checkbox off it still claimed N platform checks would attach while buildAttachPlan attaches zero in that state. The sentence now comes from a pure helper in environmentStep.js: the on state keeps the shipped wording byte-for-byte, the off state renders an amber will-not-attach warning, and the off state with nothing selected renders nothing.
