Upgrading
urllibto a new major version (v4.0.0) is a significant change that addresses theAllocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttlingvulnerability.urllibv4 is a rewrite based onundiciand drops support for Node.js versions below 16, which is compatible with this project'senginesrequirement. It also no longer automatically readsHTTP_PROXYenvironment variables, which is consistent with this project's decision to drop proxy support (as noted in the v3.0.0 changelog). The existing API calls inlib/init_command.jsseem compatible. While this is a breaking change, it appears to be safe in the context of this project.
