The old Nexus 2.x URL (service/local/artifact/maven/redirect) no longer works following the upgrade of repo.eclipse.org to Nexus 3.x. Update to the new Nexus 3.x REST API endpoint. Part of eclipse-dash#7

The download URL for the dash-licenses JAR stopped working after repo.eclipse.org was upgraded to Nexus 3.x. This applies the URL mentioned in #7 for now to fix the immediate issue, a more stable long-term solution is being explored (see issue for details).
