feat(aas-lib): add Sensor Measurement Value view

Summary

• add an IDTA 02029-1 Sensor 4.0 Measurement Value specialized view
• validate the official submodel structure, semantics, types, and cardinality before rendering
• display validated metadata, vendor extensions, and live value/timestamp updates
• add a template-derived fixture and coverage for validation, live updates, and lifecycle cleanup
