shiny_qPCR script for R is an useful tool to analyze qPCR data . In a visual way, you just have to add to upload the raw qPCR data: Sample, Detector(gene), Task and Ct. Then, a design file (Sample and Group) and finally click "Analizar datos" so the script gives you the results.
