…-hooks v7.1.0 `automatic-effect-dependencies` and `component-hook-factories` were removed from the plugin in v7.1.0, causing oxlint to fail parsing the config. Drop both rules so `pnpm check` passes with the new version. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <[email protected]>
