The {{IMAGE: caption}} creates a list of images to be fulfilled. We should be able to "generate all" in some cases. But, we can also upload specific images and associate to the captions. Should be able to operate on the whole project, the section, the subsection, depending on what is selected. We have a pool of captions to fulfill and a pool of ProjectImages that we can associate them too. MVP image management needed ASAP.
