I've cleaned up Sec. 1.4.2 somewhat. Key changes: - Remove references to how "well known" the project is (may or may not apply to non-WMF projects); make that specifically a reference to the mark instead (to ensure that the license does not concede any arguments about the value of the mark); edit down the first two sentences generally. - Paragraph break in different spot. - Say "uses" instead of "purposes" in "have to be careful when" sentence, since "uses" is also used at the end of the paragraph - makes second reference more clear. - "And such use is never allowed..." Was unclear which use was being referred to here; also unclear what "and" was joining the rest of the phrase to. Revised to "Because of this, such use..." to tie the entire second paragraph together. I am more generally concerned about the somewhat unclear relationship between 1.4 and 1.4.1/1.4.2 (see also bug #18) but this at least somewhat helps.
