Adds BrazilMCP (https://api.brazilmcp.dev) to the ecosystem page under Services/Endpoints, with metadata.json + 256×256 PNG logo following the existing partners-data format.

BrazilMCP sells official-source Brazilian company data (KYB) to AI agents, paid per call in USDC via x402 (v1+v2) on Base through the CDP facilitator:

• /v1/company_lookup ($0.005) — Receita Federal registry record by CNPJ or company name
• /v1/company_sanctions ($0.02) — screening across the 5 Brazilian federal sanctions lists
• /v1/company_dossier ($0.25) — aggregated due-diligence dossier (registry + litigation signal + government procurement + sanctions + risk flags)
