This project provides a collection of 3D assets and WebVR/AR experiences featuring the Tōjinbō cliffs, a natural landmark in Fukui, Japan. The assets were created using photogrammetry and are available in various formats for use in VR/AR applications, game engines, and 3D software.
The repository includes several interactive demos built with A-Frame and Three.js, such as a virtual roller coaster and a bungee jump simulation.
- VR Tōjinbō Roller Coaster: A virtual roller coaster ride around the 3D model of Tōjinbō. Features dynamic wind audio that changes with speed.
- Virtual Boy Mode: A retro, red-and-black wireframe version of the coaster.
- Fly-through View: An overhead, third-person view of the coaster navigating the track.
- VR Tōjinbō Bungee Jump (3D Model): A bungee jump simulation using the main 3D model.
- VR Tōjinbō Bungee Jump (360° Photo): A bungee jump simulation using the 360° panoramic photo.
- Kamiyama Kosen Roller Coaster: A demonstration of the roller coaster code adapted for a different 3D model.
- VR Tōjinbō: A simple A-Frame viewer for exploring the main 3D model.
- VR Tōjinbō for VR/AR Devices: An alternative viewer optimized for VR/AR headsets.
- Main Tōjinbō Model:
- Tōjinbō South Area Model:
- AR Models (USDZ):
- 360° Photo:
- VR180 Stereo Photo:
- Demos: All HTML files can be viewed directly in a web browser via the links above. For VR experiences, use a WebXR-compatible browser and headset.
- 3D Models:
.glbfiles can be used in any application that supports the glTF format, including Three.js, A-Frame, Babylon.js, Unity, and Unreal Engine..usdzfiles are optimized for AR viewing on Apple devices (iOS, iPadOS)..blendfile can be opened and edited in Blender.
