Tapping the counterpart's name in a conversation toolbar opens their native contact card when they're an address-book contact, or the native Add to Contacts sheet seeded with their number when they aren't.

Tapping a contact's name at the top of a chat now opens their contact card. If they're already in your address book it shows the native contact card; if not, it opens the native Add to Contacts sheet pre-filled with their number. When neither a contact nor a number is known, the title stays inert.
