- Add focus area icons to each item using the existing sprite (/images/icons/sprite.svg) - Use Lucide LayoutGrid for 'All Focus Areas' - Restyle desktop dropdown: 3-column grid, wider panel, fixed centered on page - Add subtle border + rounded corners to the dropdown panel - Align descriptions with title text (not icon) - Add icons to the mobile menu Focus Areas list
