Store cloud-init ISOs in a private temp directory with PID-tagged filenames. Add cleanup logic for removing stale cloud-init temp files on startup. Exit handlers run when vfkit shuts down cleanly, including: - guest OS stops the VM - SIGINT (Ctrl+C) - SIGTERM (kill <pid>) In those cases, the VM stops, RunE returns, and defer util.ExecuteExitHandlers() removes the cloud-init ISO. Startup cleanup removes stale ISOs when exit handlers never run, e.g.: - SIGKILL (kill -9 <pid>) - process crash/panic On the next vfkit start, remove ISOs in the cloud-init temp directory whose owning PID is no longer running, without deleting files from other live vfkit instances.

These go packages were migrated to a monorepo, as stated in the https://blog.podman.io/2025/08/migration-to-the-container-libs-monorepo-is-complete/.
