- 添加二进制文件存在性检查，已安装时跳过下载步骤
- 新增 downloadRequiredBinaries 函数处理二进制文件下载
- 改进服务管理，自动创建缺失的服务文件
- 支持自动创建必要的目录结构
- 保持与原有 install.sh 下载逻辑的一致性
