Te he puesto lo mismo que en la otra PR para alinearlo.
El único cambio que añadiría es explicar strictNullCheck o mencionarlo de alguna manera. Veo guay las explicaciones de tipado de typescript y la advertencia.
Creo que explicarles también esa prop puede darles mayor entendimiento de que typescript está guay y te ayuda bastante. Además, evitarían problemas puñeteros de encontrar
