Description of folders

• The main folder is MCMC. It has some subfolders:
  1. contours contains the contours obtained after running all the MCMCs.
  2. data contins the data, most importantly sbolo.xlsx calculated from the paper.
  3. odr contains the MCMCs for the Orthogonal Distance Regression approach (which takes into account both x and y error bars).
  4. chains contains the chains files obtained after the MCMCs. It is only required if you want to generate the contours again (for example, to change the graph labels or colours).
  5. lcdm contains the MCMCs for the LCDM model only.
  6. plots contains the results that are not contours.
• The data verification folder contains the files to verify that the conversion of $E_\text{iso}$ from the paper into $S_\text{bolo}$ is correct.
• The old folder is just an archive, it can be ignored.
• machine learning contains some machine learning experiments on the GRB data.
