Description
This change removes the generic job API that was decided to be dropped in favor of resource-specific methods like ListModels and ListControllers which surface the same information.
Before we land this change, we need to discuss with the web team when is an appropriate time to remove this work as they need some time to migrate away - marking it as a draft until then.
