Add wrapper functions for extracting B-spline curve data: - Edge_BSplineCurve: get BSpline handle from edge with auto-conversion - Degree, NbPoles, NbKnots, IsRational property accessors - Bulk extraction: Poles, KnotSequence, Weights - Individual accessors: Pole, Knot, Multiplicity, Weight
High-level API for extracting B-spline curve data from edges: - BSplineData struct with degree, poles, knots, and optional weights - Edge::bspline_data() method using bulk FFI extraction for efficiency
