Angular 17 support #176

Reference to issue: #176

This PR contains Improvements related to:

1. I create a centralised files for interfaces and types.
2. Strict Mode And StrictTemplate has been modified to true, to keep following the TS Restrictions.
3. Few Variables had to be initialised.
4. StandAlone has been applied.
5. Some Generic Type was applied to hotkeys.service.ts
6. The initCheatSheet had some readable improvement, only.

All those change was tested.
