… add design/observability/migrate Replace hardcoded JS tooling with a shared Stack detection contract in SKILL.md plus per-ecosystem tool tables in every tool-running command. Rename lint->analyze, prettier->format, libs->deps (deps scope sharpened: deletion is deadcode, vuln remediation is security, major upgrades are migrate). Add design (paradigm-aware SOLID/cohesion), observability (logging quality), and migrate (guided major upgrade). Normalize every reference file to Purpose/Detect/Triage/Fix policy/Report; update README.
Add LUSTRA_BUILD_ROOT override so builds under test target a tmpdir instead of polluting the repo. Add a contract test that fails if tool-running commands regress to JS-only.
