While not explicit in the other S-P PRs so far, the discussions in #7 continually reference register analysis, which is a core part of the referenced frameworks and existing JFWooten4/agenda#19 tooling. This will be a standalone README for now that will not properly render until the post-documentation config PR, which migrates this to a Docusaurus site with snapshot versioning for compliance proofs in exams without Git references.
