Summary

  • Parse Slack-style chat options (repo=, env=, branch=, model=, autopr=, channel=) and inject a [Run Options] section; resolve named multi-repo environments from nest .buzz/environments.toml.
  • Subscription rules can set target_repo / target_env; harness adds ✅/❌ outcome reactions and plan/handoff norms in the base prompt.
  • Desktop: default cursor-agentacp args + clearer Cursor preset login hint (Cursor was already a PATH preset).

Originating Buzz channel: Welcome (6b56bd3a-c423-4afd-8e8f-d7fc1d849b2d).

Test plan

  • env -u BUZZ_ACP_LAZY_POOL cargo test -p buzz-acp --lib (627 passed)
  • Manual: @agent env=Buzz repo=buzz branch=main … shows [Run Options] in observer/prompt
  • Manual: rule with target_env applies when mention has no inline options
  • Manual: Cursor Desktop agent create picks Cursor preset → cursor-agent acp
  • Confirm ✅/❌ appear on turn complete/fail without leaving stale 👀/💬

Parse repo=/env=/branch=/… from mentions, resolve nest .buzz/environments.toml,
inject [Run Options], and let subscription rules set target_repo/target_env.
Add plan/handoff norms to the base prompt, ✅/❌ outcome reactions, and default
cursor-agent acp args so Desktop Cursor agents start ACP mode reliably.
