This repository builds a docker image that is designed to be the base image for multiple R packages, including cellhashR, RIRA, and CellMembrane. You can download it locally using:

docker pull ghcr.io/bimberlabinternal/discvr-base:latest

Or use this as the base image for another Dockerfile.
