Incorporates upstream flag deprecation from PR #95 (commits 88678c0 to 9e21f20). Updates documentation to reflect that
--local_cpu_resourcesand--local_ram_resourcesare deprecated in favor of the unified--local_resourcesflag with named parameters (cpu=, memory=).
