  • apply-org-config was failing because Peribolos could not apply membership updates for stale/non-resolvable GitHub accounts in config.yaml, causing the workflow to exit on a 422 after repeated 404 membership update attempts.

    • Removed invalid member entries that no longer resolve or cannot be processed by GitHub membership APIs:
