Summary

• prepare @askrjs/[email protected] from current main
• release the bundled analyzer, deterministic guardrails, realtime guidance, and artifact checks merged in feat: bundle analyzer, realtime guidance, and artifact checks #22

Validation

• npm run check (196 tests with coverage, build, publint, pack contract)
• npm run test:templates (full-stack, SPA, SSR, SSG, and StartKit installed/tested/built from the packed CLI)
• npm run bench (all deterministic performance budgets passed on rerun; initial local startup-only timing was noisy)
• clean tarball install: askr --version, help, analyzer options, bundled skills, and analyzer/guardrail/realtime artifacts verified

Publication will use the trusted Publish Package workflow after squash merge.
