Add colors to output

I'm not sure if you like it, but i still wanted at least to give you the chance.

This PR adds colorful output that is not configurable. I personally prefer it, however if you dont like it just reject the PR :)

Hi @noqqe, thank you for your PRs.
Sorry for the lack of comms, I've been a bit busy for the last couple of weeks and haven't had the time to properly review the PRs yet, but I like the idea and they look ok at a quick glance.
I'll probably have some time next week to finish reviewing the PRs and properly setting up the project for acknowledging contributors.
