Beitragsordnung: Add family membership tier, clarify reduced contribution rules, simplify late payment rules, update SEPA payment terms, and update exit contribution wording. Statuten: Clarify Ausschluss wording, add Beisitzer advisory role, update Vorstand quorum/voting rules, restrict board compensation (MV approval required), expand Haftung to include liability shield for volunteers, and simplify Auflösung asset transfer clause. Both PDFs regenerated with Typst 0.15.0.
Revise the Vorstand (board) section to clarify member roles and responsibilities. Key changes include: - Distinguish between elected board members and appointed born members - Specify that three elected deputies and two appointed members form the executive board (7 voting members total) - Clarify appointment procedures for born members from Stadt Rheine and Kreis Steinfurt - Update succession rules for elected vs appointed positions - Adjust voting rights and decision-making structure
Update `Statuten.typ` and `Beitragsordnung.typ` to clearly label both documents as non-binding drafts: switch the version text to draft status, add a prominent invalidity notice, and apply an `ENTWURF · NICHT BESCHLOSSEN` watermark across pages. The previous “beschlossen” closing statement is replaced with the new draft notice, and both PDFs are regenerated to reflect these changes.
