An upcoming release of Bazaar significantly changes the format for this, so we'll need to adjust the config accordingly before merging. The rest of this should be fine though. |

Adds a basic Bazaar configuration, including the Curated section, and the systemd-tmpfiles overrides needed for it.
The initial design goal is basically to highlight apps we don't include on the image, but we nontheless recommend and are very likely to be relevant to an end user. I'll also probably use the wallpaper for the background too, just to tie into the Apollo branding more.
